Here we have the Mora Spark, at first glance it looks like a variation on the Companion knives, but the pommel holds a fire steel. The spine of the blade is squared off to serve as a scraper for the fire rod. The FireSteel works very well indeed. The stainless blade is about 3 3/4" long, 11/16" wide and .078" thick. The pommel locks securely onto the knife, and comes with a lanyard. The handle size is essentially the same as the Companion line, sized for average hands. The knife and sheath only weigh a bit under 4 ounces, so this would be an excellent choice for hikers.
